How does the Monitoring system work?

Your professionally installed monitoring system is connected to your in-house WiFi or utilizes cell service in some cases. The information from the sensors is uploaded securely to our monitoring platform. This data is systematically analyzed  to ensure it is within your set parameters. Any variance from these set points triggers an alarm to be sent out via email, text alert, or both to one or multiple recipients.


How long is the setup process?

Setup is normally within an hour per unit but may vary with WiFi/Cellular connections.


What if I don’t want to use my WiFi?

That’s ok, we offer a cellular connection option for an additional fee. Almost like a cell phone charge.


I am an Area Manager. Can I have all my locations on my dashboard?

Yes, all your locations will appear under your log in on your dashboard display.


How does the billing work?

You will be billed for the equipment and first month’s monitoring fee before install. The subscription fee will be due on the install date every month after install. Subscription may be cancelled at any time.


What’s your return/warranty policy?

Return any of our products within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
