Our Approach

ProTemp Solutions was designed to offer Refrigeration and Commercial Food Equipment Service along with temperature and equipment monitoring. The monitoring is accomplished by gathering data from your equipment with probes and sensor that we professionally install. This data is then analyzed remotely by industry professionals to determine if your equipment is running at peak performance. The results are then presented to you in an easy to understand format along with suggested options to extend the life of your equipment.

Our Story

ProTemp Solutions was started by Kevin Williams. He has over 13 years in the restaurant business and another 15 years in the restaurant equipment repair industry. With his applied knowledge working in restaurants and hands-on experience servicing a wide range of industry equipment, Kevin now offers his expertise to the customers of ProTemp Solutions. Kevin is Licensed and Insured in N.Carolina.
